Our Story!

Seri and Arielle met as Freshmen in high school. they realized they shared a common interest to seek a cure for pediatric cancer. They decided to create a charity that everyone could be a part of and they made their dream a reality by co-founding the charity, “A Dollar Campaign.” All they ask of donors is for one dollar so everyone can be a part of finding the cure.

We wanted to create a charity that would make it easy for kids to donate to. We also wanted to send the message of how far one dollar can go, and that every dollar counts.

Rather than just talking about our idea, we decided to act upon it! We turned our dreams into actions, and our ideas into realistic goals.

A Dollar Campaign was created in January 2012 through hard work and dedication. Donations are spent on research, state of the art equipment/instruments and parent/patient care. Every dollar we receive goes directly to pediatric research institutions. We cover our own costs personally.

If every person in the world donated just one dollar, imagine how much money we would raise to fund pediatric cancer research. We are not stopping until a cure has been found.
